We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is situated in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the attractions that this vibrant area has to offer. The staff here really went above and beyond to provide us with top-notch service. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist us with any request we had. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe, added to the convenience and comfort of our stay.
Despite all the positives, we did experience one minor issue during our stay. The staff didn't attend to our request as promptly as we would have liked.

Comfortable bed, great shower, good noise insulation, perfect cleanliness, central location 10 min from Old Town, 3 min from subway. Friendly staff, nice interior. Cozy bed, big room, center location 2 min from parks, 10 min walk to People's House. Very quiet area, even in city center. Taxi rank outside.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were cosy, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a good area, not very close to the center but near touristic places. It is also near a small supermarket, very convenient. The transportation was easily accessible, with the metro station Izvor just a short walk away. the hotel is within a reasonable distance to the Gara de Nord station, making it convenient for travelers.
It was all superb.
